It's been my privilege to work with clients since 2008, across the entire story of life's drama; from in-womb babies kicking my hands to end-of-life care. The most important lesson I've learned as a therapist is that bodywork is a true and steady friend during every season of life. It is a silent and reflective conversation we have with ourselves.

As a practitioner, I value bodywork as an intersection of physics, spatial relationships, movement and form, craftsmanship, and people.

Health does not always come from medicine. Most of the time it comes from peace of mind, peace in the heart, peace of the soul. It comes from laughter and love.
